Panels

Tuesday April 15th 2014, 8:16 pm

Back from our Asbury Park New Jersey trip. And from getting to visit with Todd Klein and his lovely wife for a few days. It was a good time all around. The NJ people were so inviting, making Wendy and I feel very welcome. We got to hang out with our good friend Ivan Brandon and Cliff Chiang while there. Also, I was extremely fortunate to have a great but all too brief conversation with the amazing Mister Jim Steranko. His work has been a major inspiration for me in everything I do.

Below is a link to an article about a panel I was on for the convention– moderated by Hannah Means-Shannon, Editor-In-Chief over at Bleeding Cool.

Glad you had a good time man! I liked what Hannah said on that post “..some of the things that render Williams such an artistic voice over the past twenty years are his ability to carry out seemingly impossible projects like Promethea, genre-changing projects like Batwoman, and consummate projects like Sandman: Overture that feel like an act of grace for fans, depicting worlds we simply never thought we would see by adding to our favorite mythologies.” Seems like you got a moderator that gave you the respect you deserve. PLEASE let us know when you’ll be back on the East Coast. Keep being amazing sir. – @markrar
