Tuesday October 02nd 2007, 7:17 pmThis last saturday was the opening party for a month long rotating gallery event featuring the original art for all 3 issues of the just published Batman arc that i did, as well as a little bit of other stuff. What a blast that was. Crazy hyper energy infused Comicbook party madness. It went on for a good 6 hours and I loved every minute of it. I want to say thanks to all of you who came out for it and made me feel really welcome. I had a really good time meeting up and talking with you guys. I want to thank James and kirsten for putting on this event. If any of you are in the area of the shop please stop by and check out the work while it’s there. And those of you who were already there to see it, visit again weekly because the gallery will rotate.

hey there austin
i didn’t realize there was an age limit for the event either. as far as prices…there really isn’t a basic price. there are a few lower amount pages but those are the ones that don’t really feature batman. when you go to the shop just tell james (the owner) that you want to see the pages that aren’t on display and a price list. he will be more than happy to show you stuff.

awww man! I was going to go to the opening until I realized that you had to be 21. This Friday im going to a concert in Frisco so I’ll definitely have to stop by. Quick question: I know the price of some pages differ from amount of action and technique involved and what not, but what would you say the price would be for just a common page? (pff, like I have a chance of getting one by the time I get there.)
